I am so impressed! I ordered online on Tuesday and received a phone call within an hour to tell me who would deliver my item the following the next day. I receive a sms text for an confirm delivery process and the courier would call an hour beforehand to let me know they were on their way. 'Hmm' I thought, 'yeah right, I've had promises like that before' but lo and behold, it went according to plan, I got the text and the phone call and my delivery was made bang on time. All too often excellent service goes un-noticed. I will be recommending SSA to everyone!
